Now Rogers, the youngest contestant and first male to ever win “Sunday Best,” has signed a new deal with Mixed Bag Entertainment, a boutique record label that’s already home to Christian rapper Da T.R.U.T.H. and sister trio Virtue.
“We’re excited to add a talented artist like Joshua to Mixed Bag Entertainment. He has so much to offer the gospel music community and we can’t wait to share his new music with his dedicated fans,” said Mark Mims, COO of Mixed Bag Entertainment.
The 22-year-old Greeleyville, South Carolina native released two albums on Music World; 2012’s “Well Done” and 2013’s “Unconditional.” After more than three years, Rogers is eager to record new music for his fans.
“I’m optimistic about my future with Mixed Bag Entertainment,” said Rogers. “I’m in a position where I can create the best quality of music that is meaningful, storytelling and relatable for my fans.”
Mixed Bag Entertainment has Rogers working with Grammy Award-winning producer Blac Elvis (Beyoncé/August Alsina/Usher) on his upcoming junior release.
