Antoine Dodson: Infamous Internet Star Says He’s Not Gay Anymore
The notorious internet sensation Antoine Dodson is making news for his Facebook declaration that he is “no longer into homosexuality.”
The 26-year-old man rose to instant stardom while living in the Lincoln Park housing project in Huntsville, Alabama after a TV news clip went viral showing Dodson flamboyantly recapping the story of a man breaking into his house in an attempted rape of his sister.
The eccentric internet star, who’s made numerous appearances sporting a variety of hair weaves and women’s accessories, wrote on his Facebook page that he has decided to “renounce” himself because “He wants a wife and family.”
“I want to multiply and raise and love my family that I create,” he offered.
Dodson’s new revelation is apparently the result of him becoming a part of the Hebrew Israelites (also known as the Black Israelites).
“I could care less about the fame and fortune, I’ve giving all that up to know the true history of the bible. For I am the True Chosen Hebrew Israelite descendant of Judah,” he continued.
His overnight internet success helped Dodson move his family out of the projects and make a lot of money from download sales of the music remix of his news clip, ‘Bed Intruder Song.’ Now, Dodson says he doesn’t need monetary things.
“As True Israel I know that there are certain things we just can’t do. And I totally understand that now. I don’t need a Mercedes Benz, I don’t need a big house in Beverly Hills all I need is the Most High and my family (Israel). I have been awaken by the great and so should you,” he wrote.
Dodson knows his stance is controversial and shared that he anticipated backlash.
“Hate me if you must, bash me if you must, I won’t break, do what you will, for this is my calling,” he concluded.
