Jill Scott: See Her New Weight Loss

Soul siren Jill Scott has lost a tremendous amount of weight.

The Philly-bred R&B star has lost almost 65 pounds on a quest to get fit and redefine her body.

In addition to taking ‘A Long Walk,’ the singer works out three times a week for an hour with a trainer named Scott Parker, who oversees her regimen of cardio and strength-training exercises.

The voluptuous vocalist mixes kickboxing, boxing and biking outdoors.

The divorced, mother of one—she has a four-year-old son named Jett Hamilton Roberts—isn’t trying to abandon the thick girls, but Scott is aiming to adapt to a healthier lifestyle now that she’s a mom.
