Chef Roblé: Bravo Series Canceled After Two Seasons

Bravo has quietly canceled “Chef Roblé & Co.,” the reality series that focuses on the life of chef Roblé Ali and his booming catering company.

The series premiered on Dec. 4, 2011 and aired 16 episodes over two seasons. The finale for season two aired on July 24, 2013. “Chef Roblé & Co.” averaged about 720,375 viewers.

The source close to the network told AlwaysAList.com that Bravo decided not to move forward with the series, which is why it was not announced at the NBCUniversal upfront presentation for advertisers back in May.

Set in New York City, the show chronicled the business of Chef Roblé and the working dynamic with his older sister, Jasmine and several culinary and event planning experts who worked on his team.

“Chef Roblé & Co.” catered high profile events for the likes of John Legend, Phaedra Parks, Michael Strahan, Vanessa L. Williams, NBA star Tyson Chandler, Kandi Burruss, Bevy Smith and others.

When AlwaysAList.com called Bravo’s public relations to confirm the show’s cancellation, the receptionist referred us to a rep “who used to work that show before it ended.”

She sent a request for comment to the rep, who at press time has not replied.
