Cadillac Cool: Road Trip To The Hamptons For Russell Simmons Gala

It’s a party with a purpose and that’s why Cadillac is involved – Russell Simmons held his 15th Annual Art For Life Gala at Fairview Farms in The Hamptons and traveled with the luxury automotive manufacture to Bridghampton, New York for the festivities.

Russell’s Art For Life Gala benefits his Rush Kids & Rush Teens program as part of his Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation. Rush Kids & Rush Teens has been in existence since 2001 and is a year-round community-based program to immerse youth in the study and practice of contemporary art.

The gala at Fairview Farms was hosted by Soledad O’Brien, featured honorary co-chair Star Jones, and included performances by Doug E. Fresh, Kurtis Blow and Naughty By Nature. was on-hand when Vivian Pickard, President of General Motors Foundation, presented a check for $25,000 to Russell’s brother, Danny Simmons at the Brooklyn location of the art school.

Cadillac media guests and influencers who traveled to The Hamptons drove the American manufacturer’s various vehicles like the Escalade, ELR and CTS from New York City to The Hamptons. Check out photos from Cadillac’s Art For Life Weekend in The Hamptons below.
