Pop superstar CeeLo Green was recently in New York City to celebrate the launch of Renaissance Hotel’s new digital program, Discovery Doors.
The first-ever interactive film-based digital game for Renaissance Hotels was created to provide travelers with the opportunity to win exclusive, over-the-top surprises while staying at hotel properties.
To debut the unique travel experience, CeeLo surprised some lucky hotel guests in New York City. A grandmother, mother and daughter were in awe when they opened their hotel door and found CeeLo serenading them on the couch with candles and rose pedals.

In other CeeLo news, the “Forget You” singer will join forces with his hip-hop group Goodie Mob to perform as part of JetBlue Airline’s Live From T5 Concert Series.
Reunited after a 14 year hiatus, Goodie Mob will hit the stage on Sept. 9, 2013 at 6pm for an exclusive concert at Terminal 5 (T5) at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York.
The concerts are held post-security check point and are open to ticketed customers and lucky contest winners.
“It’s an honor for Goodie Mob to be the first hip hop group to perform during JetBlue’s unique Live From T5 Concert series,” said Goodie Mob in a statement. “It will be a special night, in a special atmosphere and Goodie Mob is ready to bring guests and fans some real special education.”
JetBlue kicked of their Live From T5 concert series in 2009. Since its debut, acts like Jason Derulo, Taylor Swift, Emeli Sande, Daughtry and The Wanted have all performed in the airline terminal.
