R&B star Chris Brown is headed to jail for being expelled from the rehabilitation facility that he was ordered by the court to stay in. Brown being booted from the rehab center has him in violation the judge’s order, and now he’ll serve time in jail.

The 24-year-old entertainer has consistently been in trouble with the law since his 2009 domestic violence incident with then-girlfriend Rihanna.

Brown had been staying in a rehab center in Malibu, Calif. by court mandate for 90 days to get anger management therapy. Despite completing the initial stint earlier this month, the judge modified the ruling during a recent court hearing and ordered Brown to return to the treatment facility until his assault case in Washington, DC was resolved.

According to TMZ, the judge’s deal was if the Tappahannock, Virginia native left the rehab center, he would immediately be sent to jail.

Apparently, Brown was evicted from the rehab center for violating “internal rules.” The exact violation was not revealed, but apparently it did not include a violent act or drug use.

There are accusations that the singer had “an inappropriate relationship” with a female employee at the center earlier this month, but that wasn’t the reason he was thrown out of the facility.

This is the second treatment center Brown has resided in, as he was asked to leave a previous facility after throwing a rock at his mother’s car window.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies picked Brown up from his current facility on Friday and transported him to jail.

Earlier this month it was disclosed that the entertainer’s behavioral problems may be the result of a mix of bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and severe sleep deprivation.

Brown’s probation officer’s report included a letter from a residential treatment facility attributing Brown’s troubles to untreated mental health issues.

Additionally, the report said Brown self-medicated, which often caused biochemical mood swings and trauma triggers that made him become aggressive and act out physically.
