The 6,861-square foot home in Woodland Hills, Calif. boasts an asking price of $1.299 million.
Omarosa said it’s been extremely hard to part with the home she shared with Duncan.
“Michael and I really enjoyed good times in our home. There are so many memories here that we shared,” she told AlwaysAList.com. “I know that it will make a great home for a large family to entertain and to enjoy.”
The seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom home has a giant media/screening room, three-sided glass fireplace, a huge built-in fish tank, a swimming pool, a gym, a basketball court, and a three car attached garage with a subterranean parking area.
“It’s just me, it makes no sense for me to be in a house this size, alone, with just our dogs Leo and Luci” expressed Omarosa.
“My trustees and real estate team are amazing and supportive,” said the reality star. “I’m glad I am not alone in all of this.”
The Youngstown, Ohio-bred TV talent rose to stardom on Donald Trump’s “The Apprentice” and since appeared on two variations of his “Celebrity Apprentice” franchise. Now, Omarosa is actually looking at several Trump-owned condominiums to move to.
“That condo was just one of 100 listings that Katrina Campins of The Campins Group sent over for me to consider,” she explained. “Kat was in the process of helping me and Michael look for a new house to purchase where we planned to live after we were married. I am still very close to Kat and when the time comes, I am certain that she will find a perfect home that will suit my taste and my needs.”
