Evelyn Lozada Johnson has faced tremendous backlash in recent months over some of her actions on the hit VH1 reality series “Basketball Wives.”
Acknowledging the wrong of her ways and meeting with “Basketball Wives” detractor, TV host Star Jones to address the matter, Johnson is now working with author and motivational speaker Iyanla Vanzant on finding inner peace.
The newlywed – she and Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson got married on Independence Day – released images on her website EvelynLozada.com of her taping Vanzant’s forthcoming OWN Network series, “Iyanla, Fix My Life.”
In addition to her upcoming appearance on “Iyanla, Fix My Life,” the recent Vibe magazine cover girl will star in her own VH1 spin-off called “Ev and Ocho” that documents her wedding preparation and July 4th nuptials to Ochocinco.
The 36-year-old entrepreneur also released her first novel, “Inner Circle: The Wives Association” on Cash Money Content on June 12. Johnson has been on a whirlwind book tour to promote the tome and was on-hand at the Essence Music Festival for a book signing.
