Talk Time: Is “The Real” Returning For Season Two?
Guess who just got good news? The cast of “The Real.”
The daytime talk show made up of co-hosts Loni Love, Tamar Braxton, Tamera Mowry-Housley, Jeannie Mai and Adrienne Bailon has just been renewed by Warner Bros. for a second season.
A panel show made of up of all minority women, has been formally picked up after clearing more than 80-percent of the country with stations optioning to have it back.

Though industry trade publications called the show’s Fall 2014 premiere soft, the show quickly became a juggernaut in the key demographics, becoming the no. 1 new syndicated talk show with Women 18 to 34; 18 to 49; and 25 to 54-years-old.
In overall ratings, the younger-skewing ensemble show recently scored a series high of 1.54 million average viewers and equaled a series high household rating of 1.2.
In addition to outperforming many established shows in the female demographics and growing its overall audience, “The Real” has been a force in social media as well. The shows YouTube page has more than 65-million views and ranking it no. 3 among all syndicated talk shows for the year, only behind shows hosted by Ellen DeGeneres and Wendy Williams.
