Blessed Brunch: “War Room” Hosts DVD Launch In Harlem

To kick off the DVD/Blu-ray release of the hit Christian film “War Room,” Sony Pictures Home Entertainment hosted a brunch at the swanky Ginny’s Supper Club inside of celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson’s Red Rooster restaurant in Harlem.

Hosted by New York radio personality Liz Black, the brunch included a Q&A with “War Room” filmmakers Alex Kendrick and Stephen Kendrick; as well as performances by Damien Sneed & The Levites and “Sunday Best” star Latice Crawford.

A who’s who of New York influencers — among them singer/actor Chaz Shepherd (“The Game”), singer/songwriter Gordon Chambers, celebrity publicist Gwendolyn Quinn, media veteran Audrey J. Bernard, executive Torrence Glenn, singer/actress Yolanda Wyns and others — dined on decadent soul food while experiencing a spirited concert by Sneed and his singers.
