Corona Conversations: Talking Pandemic Survival On Rolonda Watts’ Podcast

I grew up being a huge fan of Rolonda Watts.

I watched her talk show in high school and college. During my high school years, my marketing class took a trip to New York City during my senior year and we sat in the audience of her show.

My freshman year at Norfolk State University, I was actually a guest on the show (that’s another story for another time).

Since that time, we’ve become friends and I would consider her a mentor.

I had the privilege of having Ro, as I affectionately call her, interview me for her podcast “Rolonda On Demand.”

During our dialogue, we spoke about surviving through the pandemic, life in general and my new virtual music collaboration of “That’s What Friends Are For.”
