Saving On Gas In The 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Limited AWD
Here’s the truth: The 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Limited AWD offers you just about everything you could imagine a car having with the exception of maybe a kitchen and a washer and dryer.
Seriously, you name it, this SUV is offering it: self parking ability; it’ll tell you when the car in front has taken off if you’re still sitting still; and of course I love nothing more than a dash board that has a right and left turn mirror to make sure you’re watching those blind spots. All three of those things are among my highlights of this SUV.
Then there’s the obvious, being a hybrid, this model of the Hyundai Santa Fe has incredible gas mileage. You’re getting a whopping 33 city and 30 highway miles per gallon in this SUV.
I literally drove this truck for seven rainy days in Washington, DC and it still had almost 300-plus miles left to drive when it was picked up. With today’s gas prices, that aspect of the 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Limited AWD alone should make it a contender for consumers.
Bells, whistles and safe features aside, I can’t say I was completely in love with the drive of this hybrid version of the Santa Fe. It still has some of the lag time that you face with hybrids – especially in the Eco drive mode. I found that getting the optimal drive experience from Santa Fe happened with I was in Sport mode.
But overall this the 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Limited AWD is an attractive SUV with a very sexy front grille. Clean design, both interior and exterior, that makes it suitable to a versatile customer base.
Spin Control: With a starting price of $34,300 that ranges into the $40K-plus range, I suggest if you’re going to buy a Hyundai Santa Fe you go for an upper trim with all the additional accessories. A very solid SUV and certainly helping you save with the hybrid benefits.
