Back For More: “Hollywood Exes” Gets Second Season
On the heals of her fiancé, former NFL star Michael Strahan becoming Kelly Ripa’s new co-host on “Live,” Nicole Murphy got word that VH1
has decided to renew her reality series “Hollywood Exes” for a second season.
Murphy, the ex-wife of Hollywood superstar Eddie Murphy, appears alongside other ex-wives of famous men including Mayte Garcia
(Prince), Andrea Kelly (R. Kelly), Jessica Conseco (Jose Conseco), and Sheree Fletcher (Will Smith) on the hour-long show.
No official word on whether all of the original cast will return for the second season.
There is buzz that Daphne Wayans, ex-wife of actor/producer Keenan Ivory Wayans, will join the cast for the upcoming season.
Wayans was referenced in a 2010 tome “Getting Back to My Me” by Hollywood personality Norwood Young, where he described her as “flower child-type of personality” who was a “a high-ranking recruiter” for the “Scientologist religion.”
VH1 has not announced a season two premiere date for “Hollywood Exes.”
