Dontavies Boatwright: Funeral Arrangements For “Sunday Best” Finalist

Funeral arrangements have been made for “Sunday Best” finalist Dontavies Boatwright, who passed on Thursday, Nov. 8 in Jacksonville, Florida.

AlwaysAList.com reported on Friday Nov. 9. that Boatwright had died from an apparent heart attack.

The 34-year-old baritone will be celebrated in a two day ceremony that will begin on Friday, Nov. 16 with a public viewing from 5pm to 8pm at J.E. Fralin & Sons Funeral Service in Jacksonville.

There will also be a memorial concert following the viewing at Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church’s A.B. Coleman Auditorium at 7pm on Friday.

Boatwright’s homegoing service will take place at 11am on Saturday, Nov. 17 at Bethel Baptist Institutional Church.
